Shipping & Returns Information


Shipping Rates and Policies


Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days, but allow 10 business days for your delivery to arrive to cover any unexpected delays/disasters such as weather emergencies, breakdowns  or fires  to mention a few unpredictable  problems.  Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays.   This policy is effective for orders that will  be delivered in the continental United States only.  We presently do not ship outside of the 48 continental United States, however, if you become a wholesale customer and wish to place an order for $1000 or more, we will inquiry into additional charges for shipping, handling, customs, etc. 

We ship via the manufacturer, and each manufacturer or drop-shipper use different shipping methods.   You might select a ground method which is the less expensive method, but may receive it 2nd day at our expense.   Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages from different locations again at our expense (no additional cost to you). 

BACK ORDERS:  If you order more than one item and at least one item is back ordered, we will ship the in-stock item(s) via normal processing; and, your back ordered item will ship upon availability at our expense.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS:  You will be charged for any package that  had an incorrect or undeliverable address and/or for refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper".  You (the customer) are responsible for the shipping charges plus a 40% restocking fee.  A credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less shipping charges, less 40% restocking charge  and will be applied via the original billing method within 60 days of receipt of the returned package.  Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fee. 

Returns/Exchanges:  We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship, but not from pet damage.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us prior to returning it to us for a replacement or refund or the return will not be accepted.  If you did in fact return the item without contacting us, that item upon receipt will then be donated to one of  our local animal shelters.  

How to Return:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If, however, you find it necessary to return an item, you may do so within 20 days of your original purchase.  The items must be in original, resaleable condition.  After first contacting us, send returns to:  Great4Dogs, P.O. Box 13383, Pittsburgh, PA  15243, USA .   Include a copy of your receipt with the items circled that you are returning.  Along with your name and order number, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund or a replacment.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs.     

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:  We want to be sure that every product leaving our facility meets your standards for quality merchandise.  If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service within 20 days and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise immediately.  

Non-defective Returns:   Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 40% restocking fee, and must be returned within 20 days of purchase.  There are some conditions for non-defective returns:  (1) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us.  Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.  (2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.  (3) Returns, which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy, will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged to your credit card.

Our tough,durable Zogoflex products and the Hurley bones, do come with a one-time replacement guarantee.  Please contact customer service for more information on this guarantee.  On beds and other toys, normal wear and tear or pet damage incurred by your pet's play is to be expected, and therefore, not covered under our guarantee.  We recommend supervised play for all our toys.
